Edison has to come out and shut off the breaker but the breaker is in the kitchen and it cant be reached.........IPS will not take any of my calls nor any of the calls from Edison.My couch is getting soaked I cant even get in the kitchen to fix anything for the kids to eat I am scared I will be shocked.I called a plumber but he cant turn off the main line without permission from manager or owner and ........they will not accept his calls either.Fire department will be here and they are going to have to turn off the main water themselves.I dont know what to do. I am not at all pretending to be as wealthy as these People , yet I have to believe that one day they too will feel as if all has been taken from them and they have very little hope as do most of the tenants here in Lancaster California. This is my home and for them to allow a manager with 2 very recent felony domestic violations pending , to have access to the keys of our homes is more than careless .Most of the tenants are either intimitated by Sergio Caliz or the manager or both.
